Amid the warmth and promise of spring, the Nanjing Youth Design and Renovation Skills Competition—part of the "Dream House" Care Initiative—concluded successfully after months of meticulous preparation and rigorous competition. The event was jointly organized by the Nanjing Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and the Municipal Fire and Rescue Detachment. The Gold Mantis Dream Team, representing Gold Mantis, was awarded First Prize.

Since its launch, the competition has attracted 73 professional teams and 531 young builders, who have demonstrated the essence of craftsmanship through their actions. In addition to the strong performance of professional teams, many socially responsible enterprises joined the "Dream House" initiative. As one of the participants, Gold Mantis leveraged its expertise in needs assessment, design, and construction to help improve the living conditions of disadvantaged youth. Throughout the renovation process, the Gold Mantis Dream Team strictly adhered to both environmental and safety standards. The completion of each house marks not an end, but the beginning of sustained support, signifying a shift from "renovating a room" to "supporting an individual". Moving forward, all parties will continue working together to create a brighter future for disadvantaged youth!
